I'm using a 9 volt battery that is depleted to around 4 volt. Personally I would not put 9 volts into a standard LASER as anything over 5 volt kills them in my experience. The ideal voltage is 3.5 volts to 4.0 volts. I would also recommend a capacitor and a diode unless you have an old LASER pointer yo can harvest the driver from.sparkyuiophttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07181881133513695734noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3337471805345255682.post-3258658709575561992013-02-05T17:05:02.749-08:002013-02-05T17:05:02.749-08:00Check the prices out in Holland of the Playstation...Check the prices out in Holland of the Playstation repair on the website: <a href="http://www.playstation3reparatie.nl/>PS3 reparatie
Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05266777332459755374noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3337471805345255682.post-88279131133154917132012-07-11T19:40:01.976-07:002012-07-11T19:40:01.976-07:00Hey wudokai, first off wanna say thanks for this a...Hey wudokai, first off wanna say thanks for this awesome tutorial . I was using a 9v battery, maybe it was too new and therefore had too much voltage? I have since read 5v is a more suitable voltage for the diode.Dobyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00414264162223849213noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3337471805345255682.post-89458470991910044522011-09-28T11:38:25.924-07:002011-09-28T11:38:25.924-07:00Okay, this worked for me apart from the fact the I...Okay, this worked for me apart from the fact the IRLD and PD created no beam.
